Shameem
Shameem Sangha is an advisor and executive coach working with C-suite leaders to accelerate personal and professional growth. She has worked with leaders in large multinational, FTSE-listed and private equity-backed businesses across Europe. In 2006, Shameem founded Rousseau to assess, advise and support professionals in the private equity sector, later expanding the firm’s work across both private and social sectors. Earlier in her career, she worked with the leadership consulting firm Spencer Stuart and the strategy consulting firm Oliver, Wyman & Company. She read Economics at the University of Cambridge, is an Ashridge Accredited Executive Coach, holds EMCC Senior Practitioner Status and has a Postgraduate Diploma in Executive Coaching.
Outside her professional work, Shameem has a longstanding passion for music, manages a collection of antique violins, is a sourdough baking enthusiast and an experimental gin distiller.
Georgie
Georgie Cecil manages all business affairs for Rousseau, overseeing operations, client liaison and the day-to-day running of the firm with professionalism, discretion and precision. She brings over 20 years’ experience supporting senior leaders and operating within high-performance, client-focused environments, enabling Rousseau to deliver a seamless and consistently high-quality service.
Georgie has built her career alongside senior executives within leading global firms, including Russell Reynolds Associates, The Zygos Partnership and Manchester Square Partners. She is known for her calm judgement, exceptional organisation and ability to anticipate needs, managing multiple priorities with efficiency and care. Working closely with our clients and partners, she ensures that engagements are executed smoothly and to the highest standards. She is also a certified Hogan practitioner.
Georgie plays a central role in maintaining the quality, reputation and operational integrity of Rousseau, underpinning the firm’s ability to deliver trusted advisory and executive coaching services at the most senior levels.
Outside of work, Georgie has a love of dogs, and has an extraordinary enthusiasm for puzzles.
Pip
Pip Broughton is an advisor and executive coach working with senior leaders, entrepreneurs and public-facing individuals to strengthen presence, communication and performance in high-stakes environments.
Pip brings exceptional experience from a distinguished career in theatre, film and television as an award-winning director, producer and writer. Following Artistic Directorships at Nottingham Playhouse, Paines Plough and Croydon Warehouse, she went on to co-found Vox Pictures, producing and directing acclaimed primetime dramas for the BBC, ITV and Channel 4. Her work has involved leading complex creative productions and collaborating with internationally recognised actors, writers and directors.
Equally at ease one-to-one and with groups, Pip is known for her perceptiveness, emotional intelligence and inspiring ability to help individuals communicate with clarity, authority and authenticity under pressure. Drawing on decades of experience directing high-level creative talent, she works with clients to strengthen how they present themselves in the Boardroom, on camera, large-scale presentations and in critical moments where confidence, influence and credibility matter.

Jeroen
Jeroen Helmink is an executive coach and organisational development advisor who works with C-suite leaders and their teams through transformation, growth and large-scale change. He brings the perspective of someone who has sat on both sides of the table: trusted advisor to senior leaders, and business leader with P&L responsibility inside complex international organisations.
Jeroen is active as Executive Director, Organisation Development and Transformation at Siemens, following a decade at Shell. Earlier, he worked in M&A advisory with Ernst & Young and KPMG. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Executive Coaching from Hult Ashridge, is certified in TMA and Hogan, and holds a Master’s in Economics from Maastricht University. He works in English and Dutch, with a working knowledge of German.
His coaching is humanistic and relational. He works from the belief that people aren’t problems to be fixed, and is known for calm judgement, a straightforward style, and an ability to onboard quickly and make sense of messy situations.
He works both with individuals and leadership teams, drawing on Structural Dynamics (David Kantor) when the system around the leader is part of the work, and has coached and facilitated across Europe, the United States and India, in person and virtually.

Malcolm
Malcolm Bourne is a strategic advisor, executive coach and former international elite-level athlete who works with leaders and teams to achieve sustained high performance. Drawing on first-hand experience competing at the highest level, combined with more than two decades of leadership experience, he helps senior executives translate the disciplines of elite performance into commercial and personal success. His work enables leaders to operate at the top of their game through greater clarity, resilience, consistency and purposeful execution.
Grounded in performance psychology, Malcolm supports clients to strengthen mindset, decision-making, habits, creativity and leadership presence under pressure. Malcolm’s study of Business Management at University led him to found and scale a number of businesses and social enterprises. He has led growth and transformation programmes across the private, public and charitable sectors. His work has spanned organisational development, community regeneration, job creation and stakeholder leadership. Malcolm has held senior leadership positions in the construction industry and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building.
Outside his professional work, Malcolm maintains a strong interest in sport, performance and the arts. His active interest in community development includes leading an all-age fitness group, and mentoring ex-offenders to support their reintegration into the workforce.
Rachel
Rachel Dalton is an executive coach and Hogan assessment specialist who works with senior leaders to strengthen judgement, leadership effectiveness and organisational performance.
Drawing on deep expertise in Hogan psychometrics, she helps leaders build self-awareness, understand the impact of their leadership style and translate insight into meaningful behavioural change.
Rachel brings significant experience from senior finance leadership roles across professional services, commercial and social sector organisations, including serving as CFO of the Smith Institute and previously holding senior roles at Carbon, TUI and Deloitte, where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
Rachel is known for her analytical clarity, calm judgement and pragmatic approach, combining commercial rigour with psychological insight to support sustained leadership effectiveness.
Outside her professional work, Rachel enjoys keeping fit in the great outdoors, photography, travel and painting.
Adel
Adel Pour Hakimi is an executive coach and facilitator who works with senior leaders and professionals to strengthen leadership effectiveness, navigate complexity and realise their full potential. Drawing on expertise in coaching, and earlier experience in business, he serves as a trusted thinking partner to executives facing significant opportunities, transitions and leadership challenges.

Adel qualified as a Certified Management Accountant, then held Finance and General Management positions for over a decade before making a career change into professional coaching. He has worked with leaders across EMEA in sectors including Telecoms, Healthcare, Education, Consulting, the public and social sectors.
He holds an MSc in Executive Coaching from Hult Ashridge, a Master's degree in Finance from Hult International Business School, is accredited as an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), is EMCC-accredited at Senior Practitioner level and is an Ashridge Accredited Executive Coach. He speaks fluent Arabic and English.
